Asiri Board

Asiri is a board based on ARM technology and intended to be distributed as Open Hardware. Asiri is also an Ecuadorian company designed to achieve two objectives:

Establish a technology platform based on open standards that will make it easy to generate new developments.

Provide a low-cost solution for accessing personal computers. This project began several years ago with the creation of PaloSanto Solutions, a company dedicated to software development and the implementation of open-source technology solutions.

Designed with the end user in mind, Asiri becomes a potential tool for countless companies. One of its main and most obvious uses is to provide computer access to children and young people who currently cannot afford a computer. However, the applications are endless when considering the current trend of implementing technology that allows us to be more efficient, improve communications and access information.

At the technology development level, Asiri seeks to create a movement that encourages and promotes the creation of similar projects in developing countries, drawing on the characteristic strength of open-source communities.
