The new C401 color-screen IP phone is a high-end business desk phone, featuring a smart LCD and DSS key mapping to increase business users’ productivity at a cost-effective price.

DSS key mapping is intelligently designed to support dynamic use as a replacement for expansion modules. Seven DSS keys correspond to the color LCD display to provide dynamic Line/DSS/BLF functions across up to four pages, for a virtual total of 28 DSS keys. Users can configure/customize each DSS key on each page. Each DSS key has a green, red, and yellow LED indicator to reflect the key status. A page shortcut button is also designed to let users switch quickly between pages. The C401 is the most cost-effective choice for SMB offices and business supervisors.
